Session Results Package

Please read carefully. The following Terms of Use are important and affect your legal rights. These Terms constitute your contract for the purchase and use of the Session Results Package (the “Package”), which is created and owned by Liberated Living, LLC (the “Owner”). By purchasing the Package, you agree to all of the terms set forth below.

1.Services and Products Provided

Purchasing the Package entitles you to “Session Results Fillable” and “Session Results Template”. Please let us know right away if you are unable to access any of the documents.

2.Your Responsibility / No Refunds

You understand that the documents in the Package may involve unfamiliar concepts. If you want to get the most value out of the Package, you will need to put in time and effort reading any instructions and properly customizing the documents when required to suit your situation. Any and all payment(s) you make for the Package are nonrefundable.

3.Email List

You understand that you will be added to the Package email list in order to receive emails containing important updates, instructions, or corrections. You may unsubscribe from that list at any time.

4.No Professional Services

The Package documents are not intended to be a substitute for any professional services or advice.

5.Intellectual Property

The Package is the work product and intellectual property of Owner. Purchasing the Package gives you the right to download and use the Package documents for your own business purposes only, including the right to modify them where needed to suit your specific situation. You agree that you will not give, sell, loan, or otherwise transfer any included documents in any form to any other person or entity unless you obtain Owner’s explicit written permission. You also will not portray yourself as the creator or owner of any included documents.

6.No Outcome Guaranteed

You understand that the Package documents are not intended to be comprehensive or to apply to every possible situation, and that all decisions on how you use the documents will come with a degree of risk. Owner therefore cannot promise or guarantee any particular outcome or result from your purchase or use of the Package, and you will not hold Owner liable for the failure to attain any desired outcome or result from your purchase or use of the Package.

7.Liability Waiver

You agree that Owner will not be held liable for any damages or losses that you may incur, whether personal or business, as a direct or indirect result of your purchase or use of the Package or any included documents.

8.Indemnity

You will indemnify Owner against any and all liability to third parties arising directly or indirectly from your purchase or use of the Package or any included documents.

9.Confidentiality

Owner will take reasonable efforts to keep your contact and payment information private. In all other respects, Owner makes no promise of confidentiality related to this purchase.

10.Misuse & Violations

You understand and acknowledge that any misuse of the Package and/or any violation of any of these Terms of Use will result in you losing access to the Package, as well as appropriate legal action to protect Owner and its intellectual property rights.

11.Miscellaneous Terms

(a) Should any portion of these Terms of Use be adjudicated invalid for any reason, it is the intent of the Parties that all remaining terms shall, to the extent possible, remain in effect. Further, it is the intent of the Parties that, to the extent practicable, these Terms should be interpreted so as to be valid and enforceable.
(b) These Terms of Use shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado and without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any action to enforce any of these Terms must be brought in Larimer County, State of Colorado.
(c) These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Parties. No amendment shall have effect unless made in writing and signed by both Parties.
