Michele M. Yarberry, LPC, NCC, RPT, BCP3
Michele Yarberry, LPC, NCC, RPT, BCP3 is the Founder and Director of Liberated Living, LLC and Naturally Balanced, LLC. She earned a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2011, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Adams State College in 2008.
She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board-Certified Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, Certified EMDR Therapist and holds an Advanced Certificate in Complex Trauma & Dissociation from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD). Michele is also a Certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health & Learning, Certified Emotion Code® / Body Code® / Belief Code® Practitioner, and Applied Bioenergetics Practitioner Level IV.
Michele incorporates Energy Psychology, EMDR Techniques, Flash Technique, and enjoys presenting at conferences and conducting local workshops for clinicians/caregivers. Michele works extensively with children and adolescents who are adopted, have pre-birth and/or early childhood trauma including distressing medical issues, that resulted in behavioral/developmental disruptions and/or symptoms of Complex Trauma & Dissociation. Michele partners with families throughout the therapeutic process for best possible outcomes. Parenting support is provided throughout the Four-Phase Treatment Model: Stabilization, Trauma Processing, Integration, and Post-Integration. Michele addresses underlying causes of PTSD, Complex PTSD, Developmental Trauma, Dissociative Disorders, Attachment Issues, ADD/ADHD, Behavioral Disorders, Somatic Complaints, and Sleep Issues. She also enjoys presenting at conferences and leading workshops and consultations for mental health professionals and Energy Psychology practitioners, as well as psychoeducation for parents/caregivers/teachers.
